From 2014-2026, I provided an anonymous critical feedback from for anyone who felt actively unsafe reporting critical feedback about Raising Luminaries actions.
Despite clear guidelines about when and how to use this form, it was was exclusively abused by authors asking me to promote their books.
It’s highly disregulating to see a critical feedback submission show up in my inbox. Exploiting this channel to connect with me was not healthy or helpful.
All critical feedback came through personal channels such as newsletter responses, website comments, and phone calls.
Raising Luminaries is rooted in the unceded land of the Wampanoag & Massachusett People.
Land acknowledgements are worthless without action. So we prioritize amplifying Indigenous-lead resources in our toolkits and reciprocate annual donations to our local Wôpanaâk Language school.
