Transparency
Transparency helps Incendiaries identify whether, when, and how RL is causing harm. When we are transparent about our missions, objectives, goals, and procedures, Incendiaries who are typically erased and targeted by similar organizations can more easily gauge whether these resources and spaces are safe for them to participate in.
