Self-Reliance
vs.
Collective Care
Do you prioritize self-reliance over collective care?
Each month we examine a new aspect of supremacy culture - and our responsibility to resist it within ourselves and our communities.
Hi Friends!
This May, we’re checking our obsession with self-reliance.
As we squeeze in a few last moments of spring, we’re exploring how to recognize when striving for self-reliance gets in the way of caring for our community.
Do our kids know the risks and benefits of independence, dependence, and interdependance?
How has hyper-independence weakened our community?
…And what can we do about it?
Silently ruminating is a great way procrastinate (thoughts and prayers!) – so join an active conversation in the post, our chat group, or host your own discussion with friends or family.
Share your experience, along with the the tools and strategies that help you dismantle supremacy culture with your kids.

“Before I joined, I was worried – Do I actually have time for this?
In reality – I didn’t have time NOT to do it.
I was operating at a completely unsustainable pace and this accelerator has freed up so much mental energy and time.”
